We can design and manufacture pretty much any cosplay weapon or item you need. Specializing in alt-history, futuristic, and legally distinct modern weapons, that even Jonathan Ferguson would at least call plausible. From Imperial Frag Grenades and Bullpup Pistols, to Bottles of Skooma, we can design whatever you need, as functional as you need.

We offer 3D scanning services with up to 0.1mm accuracy and up to 2m in size. The scanning can even be done on site!

Need a part designed and printed for a specific purpose? A millwright can come to your site and measure and design a solution for you.

We can work with you to create prototypes and iterations leading to a final product or part design, before committing to a more permanent solution such as machining or casting.

We can print customer supplied items, within a reasonable timeframe. Items can also be modified to print better if necessary as well.

PDB Additive was started by an industry veteran Millwright in Calgary Alberta. As a group that loves videogames, comics, and movies, we can design and manufacture nearly any prop that you need for your costume, wall, or production. Offering 3D printing, scanning, and design, we are looking to fill a gap of faster local turnover for prototyping parts along with a hands-on design and manufacturing process. Learn more
